THE STORY
The open case headphone packaging is a conceptual solution using fully biodegradable recycled materials. Its open concept was conceived as a way to celebrate the product and not hide it. Headphone is contained in its durable translucent protective carrying case and is held by a molded recycled paper pulp frame, instead of a traditional cardboard box or blister pack.

Directed industrial design across the full development cycle, delivering DFM-driven solutions that unified function and form, and managing global vendors and manufacturing partners.
VALUE DELIVERED
Transformed an unfeasible concept into a market-ready solution by sourcing U.S. military-grade materials. Accelerated production by finding domestic based vendors, and secured premium European pulp packaging manufacturing capabilities used by luxury brands.
