Carleton University, 2007 undergraduate thesis project.
By 2050, lunar exploration could consist of several outposts throughout the moon.  With these outposts, humans would be spending months and sometimes years on the lunar surface conducting various tasks such as geological research, surveying, mining Helium 3, and launching missions to Mars.  Transportation will play a vital role in the success of these missions.  Outposts would include different types of vehicles each for  specific tasks such as; long range pressurized  passenger rovers, construction and robotic vehicles, and short range units.
